**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare course administration documentation.
- Perform annual and scheduled facility and equipment stock-taking.
- Handle training nomination and relevant training administration enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare yearly forecast and schedules for courses in consultation with the client.
- Participate in operational meetings to ensure milestones are met and planning principles are followed through.
- Produce high quality reports capturing the key points from leadership teams and various workshops.
- Support in other ad-hoc administrative/operational matters.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Efficient and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous and conscientious.
- Workplace training and course administration experience would be advantageous.
