What you will do:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation are accurate and up to date
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and maintain communication regarding HR policies
- Administrative Responsibilities:_
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Organize and maintain OCR, finance documents and invoices
- Maintain accounting software records in a timely manner
- Assist in ensuring expense records are correct
- Support other administrative tasks as required by the management team

- Previous experience in HR and administrative roles is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
