The Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) [AAIS] is seeking a proactive and organised **Operations & Grants Specialist**to support our business (in the areas of grants/schemes processing and office/business centre operations). This is a versatile role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Grants & Claims Administration**
- Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and maintain proper documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders and funding agencies, and support audits and reporting.

**2. Office & Business Centre Management**
- Office operation, including mail handling, office access control, office supplies, and coordination with service providers.
- Business Centre operation, including manning visitor reception, meeting room bookings, room and event (e.g. training sessions, seminars) support/ set-up
- Prepare usage reports and liaise with finance for billing.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in grants processing, administration and/or operations.
- Meticulous, good with numbers, attention to detail, service-oriented.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and documentation.
