**MISSION**

The Quality and Business Performance Manager will be responsible for ensuring a data driven approach to business performance management including the development & maintenance of business performance dashboards as well as implementation of control processes to drive alignment to the company goals.

He / She will also be responsible of AES quality management and certifications.

**ACTIVITIES**

Business Performance
- Production and quality checking of single data sets from multiple sources to support enable end to end business performance analysis and reporting, automated reports or speedier
- Maintaining the datasets and accommodating business change to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis; ensure that business data and reporting needs are met for follow up and action
- To support and deliver business insight to sales, and operations through:
Business trend analysis

Operational performance reports

Management Information reports, including invoiced, back orders, Leads, Quotes & Opportunities
- The development and delivery of approved KPI measurement;
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members
- Providing input to future years’ improvement plans.
- Lead business improvement initiatives by collaborating with team to address business effectiveness and efficiency.

Quality Management

To assist the organization to formulate quality standards and regulations for employees.

To participate and be informed of the regulatory (ISO standard) on Quality update.

To contribute to the Quality system / Improve on the Quality process

Gather the bi-weekly report for analysis.

Ensure on the follow-up, corrective indicators and preventive actions following the internal and external audit.

Carry out activities to ensure the expected level of compliance.

**PROFILE**
- Min Master Degree holder in Business Operations/ Lean & Quality Management
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Power-bi, PowerPoint, Word)
- Team player, innovative, autonomous
- Quality control certification advantageous
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly conscientious and diligent.
