Lark Solution Engineer Team The Solution Engineer team in Lark APAC is responsible to drive success for our customer by maximize their productivity and bringing them closer to their aspired success goal. About You You are passionate about designing, developing solutions and conveying values to your customers. You have experience in software development and in driving technical conversation. You are a trusted advisor for both technical and non-technical executives. You love to collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to close complex deals. You can work independently without supervision and under the pressure of tight timeline. **Key Responsibilities**: - Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals with multiple C-Level stakeholders - Lead Customer Discovery and identify customers' key requirements and pain points - Drive technical conversation with internal and external stakeholders for technical solutioning and integration - Prepare and deliver product demonstrations - Develop and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) - Work with customers through the evaluation process to ensure the proposed solution is able to meet customers' key business objectives and technical requirements - Work closely with product teams to share customer feedback and shape product roadmap - Become the trusted technology advisor for customers, partners and internal teams - Minimum 3 years of software development or solution architect experience in SaaS organization - Familiar with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem - Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in English - Experience in building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) - Self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market - Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory Preferred Requirements - Experience working with customers in the APAC market - Possess Industry Domain Knowledge such as ICT, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, etc. - Experience in responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs independently and effectively - "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
