Lark APAC Marketing Team
The Lark APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) Marketing Team is a strong and dynamic marketing team and Marketing Events Executive will focus on conveying Lark's value propositions to the targeted audience via online and offline events. This role will focus on B2B marketing initiatives.

You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing team and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support a dynamic commercial team by performing online and offline B2B marketing activities including:

- Brainstorming, planning, and publishing campaigns on social media channels
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, especially the sales team
- Support offline marketing campaigns such as video production and events
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend and overview at the end of a marketing campaign/ad on social media channels
- Measuring and reporting metrics on a weekly basis and monthly basis
- Working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Thorough understanding and executing Search Engine Optimization tactics
- Strong project management/organisational skills
- Ability to spot trends and execute with mínimal guidance
- 6+ years of marketing experience
- Degree in Marketing not required, experience is more an asset
- A self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and a desire to work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to wear multiple hats
- A creative, hands-on problem-solver, looking to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks, no matter how big or small
- Experience in carrying out successful social media campaigns
- Previous startup or agency experience would be an asset
- Strong proficiency in English both verbal and written
- A positive person who is upbeat, solution-oriented, and goal-driven
- Be able to effectively multitask
- Works well in a team environment and able to work independently and remotely
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise your workload
- Experience in design tools like Photoshop & Canva would be an asset
- Ability to spot trends and execute with mínimal guidance
