
Key Account Executive

**Job Responsibilities
- Forecasting, preparing of inventory reports, monthly sales performance analysis and reporting.
- Formulate, implement & execute Trade marketing plans for the Singapore market/key accounts (including Travel Retail)
- Ensure all trade and promotional spending within the allocated resources and budget set, deliver annual sales targets.
- Conduct store checks and report sales performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews. Able to identify and follow up on business opportunities and accelerate business growth.
- Provide training and coaching to direct reports (if any) to meet and improve the team’s performance.
- Work closely with Marketing team on development of Trade programs (POSM, regional banded packs, etc)
- Work closely with the appointed distributor/s to deliver the annual sell-in and sell-out budgets set within allocated resources.
Any other tasks designated by Line manager.
**Requirements
- Proven track record with 2-3 years’ experience in sales.
- Key Account management experience, preferably in FMCG / Pharma channel
- Trade Marketing experience
- Sales Operations experience
- Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
- Posseses Class 3 Driving license
