**Job Title**:Venture Partner (Strategic partnership)

**Location**:Singapore and China (Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Xiamen)

**Overview**:
As the Venture Partner, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our high-impact relationships within the high-tech sectors of Singapore and China. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team to support Singaporean technology companies and entrepreneurs in entering the Chinese market, while also assisting Chinese technology firms in developing their presence and co-innovation projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing international innovation programs, as well as developing strategic public relations and content marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies, research institutes, universities, and industry associations in Singapore and China.
- Foster cross-border collaborations to support technology transfer, co-innovation, and joint ventures.
- **Program Management**:

- Lead a team of 5-7 staff to design and execute international innovation camps and venture-building programs tailored for Singaporean and Chinese technology companies.
- Oversee curriculum development, mentor engagement, and participant recruitment to ensure program success.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Guide Singapore-based technology firms and entrepreneurs in navigating the Chinese market, including market entry strategies, partnership facilitation, and business development support.
- Assist Chinese technology companies in establishing and growing their footprint in Singapore, fostering collaboration with local research institutions and universities.
- **Public Relations & Marketing**:

- Develop and implement a strategic public relations plan to enhance the company’s brand recognition and credibility in the Chinese tech ecosystem.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality written materials in Chinese that resonate with industry stakeholders and potential partners.
- Promote thought leadership through editorial content, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s Degree or higher in Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- **Experience**:

- At least 10 years of business development experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record in marketing and sales within a top-tier technology company is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working in both Singapore and China, with a solid understanding of each market’s unique cultural and business landscapes.
- **Skills & Abilities**:

- Fluency in both English and Business Mandarin.
- Exceptional written communication skills in Chinese for content marketing and thought leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
