**VENTURE BUILDER/ CEO - ASSIST**

ASSIST is a spin off project from Accrets International, an IT enterprise specialised in providing and operating Cloud IT Infrastructure. As part of Accrets’ mission to increase business efficiency and employee productivity through simple and effective technology, ASSIST supports business owners who want to do bookkeeping with less financial and staff efforts. Our web-based software solution allows replacing manual work with Efficient Intelligent Automation during data entry from financial documents.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Venture Builder/ CEO to take over the management of this project and lead the development of this new venture to success.

**Responsibilities**
- Take over the management of the existing team and business
- Set up the vision for the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale
- Drive growth, profitability and company value
- Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and

exponential growth
- Attract, retain and develop world-class talent
- Cultivate a high-performing and agile team culture
- Drive day-to-day operations
- Align resources to achieve key business goals
- Own the operational budget and managing burn rate
- Manage competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the

financial structure, capital strategy and strategic objectives
- Provide expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and product
- Report updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress

on strategic goals
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth
- Be the public champion for the business
- Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network

**Requirements**:

- +5 years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up
- Strong backgrounds in commercial or product roles, and willingness to roll up the the ground

sleeves to produce deliverables for each phase both from a strategic level as well as on
- A good understanding and the ability to manage risk as well as solid problem solving

and venture building experience
- Prior P&L responsibilities at CEO or another senior level
- Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the

ground up
- Prior working experience in developing digital products and SaaS solutions
- Relevant industry experience
- Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field preferred
