Your detailed roles and responsibilities includes and are not limited to
- Distribute promotional materials, flyers, product samples, brochures
- Promote ongoing information on Ella special offers and specialty coffee
- Introducing and educating Ella to the walk-in customers
- Providing highest level of customer service
- On site customer engagement, upsell and introduce seasonal coffee
- Dual role as the sales representative by selling Coffee each day with target
- Support on Ella Fulfilment & Maintenance Task on site
- Assist with area-cleaning and housekeeping to ensure outlet is neat and tidy

**Crown Digital is looking for someone who**:

- Is outgoing, resourceful and friendly
- Preferably has F&B / Retail sales experience
- Is proactive, dynamic and shows initiative
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with people
- Is ready to acquire knowledge of the Company's main products and Unique Selling Point
- Is sales driven and results oriented
- Is able to commit to working a minimum 16 hours per week
