**Your responsibilities as a Commercial Sport Leader**:
1️⃣ Know Your Market & Customers
- Analyze local sports trends, market size, and competitors to drive commercial decisions.
- Set and adjust pricing weekly to hit business goals.
- Shape the sport commercial strategy and support teams in delivering an outstanding customer journey.
- Continuously optimize layouts and offers based on customer insights.

2️⃣ Own the Local Offer
- Collaborate with Hub Asia to influence future product ranges and pricing.
- Lead and validate assortment planning, ensuring relevance both online and in-store.
- Complete the core offer with local products that better serve your sport community.

3️⃣ Drive Year-Round Commercial Activity
- Lead sport campaigns with the right products, pricing, and stock availability.
- Align with internal teams (COMMS, DSL, DM) to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan future commercial strategies and ensure merchandising consistency across all channels.

4️⃣ Elevate Our Technical Edge
- Lead technical training and boost team expertise on sport products.
- Enhance the technical image of your sport in-store and online.
