Decathlon is an innovative sports designer, manufacturer, and retailer with a mission to make sports and the outdoors more accessible to the many while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
As a graphic designer in Decathlon, you will be assigned tasks to offline communications such as marketing campaigns, prints, store design, collateral and many more for our stores. You are a talented designer who is passionate about design and bringing creative ideas to life.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conceptualize and produce marketing / creative collaterals for our in-store offline communications such as signages, entrance facade, and many others
- Liaising closely with the printers on all production matters and ensuring that relevant materials will be sent out on time.
- Ensuring all visual concepts adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Lead and the Communication Team, as well as the different teams in Decathlon
- Identifies, through consultation, clients requirements, approximate budget, timetable, and possible needs for future expansion.
- Attempts to identify through collaboration clients priorities in terms of needs vs. desires.
- Assists business units in defining their priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches of options.
- Prepares and presents designs, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed construction schedule.
- Creates detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations; presents plans to clients for review and approval.
- Modifies new or existing plans as required.
- Prepares scale drawings and contract requirements.

**Requirements**:

- A clear understanding of working with brand guidelines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and technical abilities in graphic design branding and/ illustrations.
- Proven excellent proficiency skills with Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.
- Extremely proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Possesses an excellent eye for design, detail-oriented and has a great understanding of styles, layouts, colors, and typography.
- Able to work in a fast-paced creative environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize project
- A good team player but works independently when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and consultation skills.
- Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Graphic Design required.
- Three to Five years of relevant experience is preferred.
