Tasks & responsibilities

  • Design and prepare print-ready artwork (Booklets, Brochures, Namecards, Packaging, etc.).
  • Ensure all designs meet printing specifications and quality standards.
  • Modify or adjust customer-provided artwork as needed.
  • Liaise with customers regarding their print requirements, artwork specifications, and order details.
  • Prepare and send quotations based on customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm orders, artwork submissions, and approvals.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Efficient Multitasking: Excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and MacOS.
  • Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
  • Attention to detail in both design work and quotation preparation.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese for creating advertisement content.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Entry-level candidates with a passion for graphic design are welcome. Training will be provided, 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a printing company or related industry is a plus.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Working Hours

9.30am - 6.30pm: Monday to Friday

9.30am - 1.30pm: Saturday
