About the role

Exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic cum Business Development with strong business development skills to join The Neu Print Pte Ltd, a leading printing and design agency in the Kallang Central Region. This full-time role will see you leading the creative direction of client projects while also actively expanding the company's client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and execute engaging visual designs across print and digital mediums
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into impactful designs
  3. Manage the production process from start to finish to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
  4. Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
  5. Attend networking events and actively promote the company's design and printing services
  6. Support the wider business operations as required

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative professional
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across print and digital media
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of new business development
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
  6. Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press requirements

  7. Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field

  8. Fluent in Tamil to serve the Indian customers
