**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Admin**:

- Front office/reception duties
- Manage pantry items and stationery inventory
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties of the company
- Generation / Process of Invoices & cheques payment
- Good computer literate

**Human Resource**
- Will be trained in full spectrum of HR practices
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Screening / preparing employee monthly claim expenses
- To maintain and improve the training record systems and databases for enhance efficiency/productivity
- Stay current with HRD/training & development related trends and practices in the market/industry to bring in new ideas and best practices
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

KELINGTON ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. a fast growing Singapore-based Engineering company, is part of a multinational group.

We provide engineering services for the design, procurement, construction, testing and commisioning of process (gas, chemical, DI and Waste Water) and non-process (exhaust, scrubber, drain, PCW, etc) distribution systems under the Ultra High Purity (UHP) environment, and other mechanical and engineering services in electronics, industrial, healthcare, photovoltaic, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Our products and services comprise of System Design and Installation, Supply of Delivery Equipment, Control and Instrumentation, QA and QC services, and Maintenance and Servicing.
