**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders
- Handle the onboarding/training/repatriation of employees
- Responsible for payroll processing, administer leave & training records
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR reports and surveys
- Rewards & Recognition & Compensation & benefits
- Enforcing company policies & practices
- Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
- Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims
- Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA
- Daily cash book management & stocks take
- Maintain accounting files and records.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by GM
