**️‍ ️ Your Main Quest**:
We're looking for a teammate passionate about creating great people experiences, from the first interaction through to onboarding new staff.
- Develop exceptional talent processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent
- Drive content and engagement to build an excellent employer brand

**Requirements**:

- 7-15 years experience in managing end-to-end recruitment
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes to design, implement, and iterate on processes
- Proficient in at least one leading ATS to evaluate options and make an informed recommendation to help power the future talent system choices for the business
- Enthusiastic problem-solver ready and willing to take on challenges as needed to help the business scale sustainably
- Agile, adaptable, and able set course independently and in collaboration with leaders
- Passionate learner; driven and resourceful
- Strong communicator
- Location: Singapore or Remote
