We are looking for a Head of People and Culture at Terrascope.

Terrascope is a smart carbon measurement and management SaaS platform that empowers corporations to decarbonise their operations, supply chains, and portfolios.

Terrascope is a climate-tech venture aimed at helping enterprises to achieve their Net Zero ambitions. Terrascope has launched a smart carbon management platform offering GHG emissions measurements and management (Including scope1,2 and 3) powered by Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence at its core. The company aims to empower corporations to decarbonise their operations, supply chains, and portfolios.

**The Role
**We are a high energy team, looking to add **a key member to the leadership group, the Head of People.

In this role you will be the people strategist & leader with an opportunity to build an organization ground up with a strong culture in a high growth environment. The company currently has presence across 2 geographic talent hubs (Singapore & India) with aspirations to grow into Europe and Japan in the future.
- Managing the full spectrum of People functions including Talent Acquisition, People Planning, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement & People Operations.
- Being a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote engagement while achieving our company goals, making work productive and fun.
- Creating an environment of clear accountabilities and effective processes are in place to measure performance, develop capabilities and drive team engagement.
- Ensuring relevant local strategies are in place and being delivered.
- Thinking ahead and strategically with plans for attracting amazing talent, recruitment, hiring, staying connected to purpose and retention
- Leveraging people analytics in critical decision making
- Ensuring the organisation’s values are reflected in the people's decisions.

**Who would make a perfect ‘Terra’ Head of People?**
- He/She/They have 12 years' or more worth of rewarding experiences and stripes in HRBP, Talent Management or similar roles and have at least 3 years' experience in leadership roles, preferably in high growth environments that have a regional presence (across multiple countries).
- He/She/They bring strong knowledge of the HR domain and experience in building and leading diverse global teams, including multiple specialties within the talent function.
- He/She/They work well in fast-paced, high growth environments
- He/She/They are curious and passionate about facilitating the environments that leverage remote working and build a strong culture
- He/She/They have a bias to action and can help create and align the right talent strategy to our ambitious business goals.
- He/She/They demonstrate strong leadership skills including articulating and alignment to a powerful people vision, influencing the leadership team, and developing team members.
- He/She/They enjoy collaborating with others, and are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves one minute if needed and elevating to the strategic level the next

**Reporting**:
The role will report to the CEO Terrascope and to the Group CHRO of Olam Ventures.
