Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
**Responsibilities**:
Commercial and operational management of MVNOs which include:

- End-to-end ownership of MVNO account wholesale revenue and profitability.
- Day to day account management, commercial ownership, and operational support of MVNOs.
- Set targets and conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and work with MVNO partners to ensure success.
- Understand all existing and new technical requirements from MVNO and liaising between MVNO and internal teams to gather scope and create solutions to meet these requirements.
- Track product development for MVNO and ensuring on-time delivery within expectations.
- Identify and screen new opportunities for MVNOs, both in Singapore and the region.
- Prepare pitch presentations and sales demos.
- Follow up on leads in sales process in a timely manner.
- Negotiate and develop proposals for prospective MVNOs.
- Project management of key projects within the department and coordinate with relevant internal departments in developing specifications and manage implementation process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in business development or account management
- Strong quantitative analytical skills to evaluate commercial opportunities and performance of existing accounts
- Strong project management and strategic analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of C-Level stake holders both externally and internally
- Ability to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand telecom system and experience in MVNO/MVNE platforms would be desirable
- Entrepreneurial mind set and flexible approach
