**Roles & Responsibilities**
We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on General Sales Manager to lead business development activities. A self-starter motivated to constantly improve and optimize the process to drive performance.
**Job Responsibilies**
- Work closely with our Head Office in Japan to run and expand Bunkering activities in Singapore.
- Develope long-term partnerships with customers for the benefit of both companies.
- Formulate and implement account penetration, management and growth strategy and plan that maximizes sales and profits
- Drive and develope performance targets
- Identify and work with team to capture business opportunities
- Able to work independently
- Coordinate local marketing activities
- Analyze and report on weekly activities to identify potential optimizations
**Pre-Requisites**
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with minimum 4 years of sales/business development experience in logistic and warehousing, bunkering trade
- Track record of successful acquisition and business development
- Strong understanding of logistic, warehousing and bunkering business
- Strong network of contacts
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with Japan HQ, partners as well as management and peers
- Self-motivated, with high energy and passion for logistics and supply chain management
