Our client is an established distributor of high quality type of electronic components. They are seeking for an HR Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle Full expectrum of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations to sales offices and warehouse in South Asia countries incl. Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine, Vietnam, India and Thailand.
Act as a HR business partner to deliver professional advices to functional leaders and internal customers on the full spectrum of HR services including performance management, recruitment & retention, training & development, staffing issue and employee relations activities to business;
Manage South Asia countries monthly payroll operations and liaise with payroll vendors to handle compensation and benefit functions including payroll, staff cost budgeting, salary and benefit review, group insurance renewal;
Lead and manage various HR initiatives such as staff wellness & engagement programs;
Collaborate with HR CoE for execution and implementation of Corporate Policies & Guidelines in Asia;
Actively take part in HR projects and ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related discipline;
At least 5-7 years of proven regional HR experience;
Knowledge of HR legal practices of South Asia countries.
Experienced in organizing Wellness and Employee Relation programs
Knowledge of SumTotal will be a plus;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients;
Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations.
