Employee Engagement Specialist

Work closely with business to deeply understand organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. With this knowledge, develop the most effective engagement strategies.
- Develop and drive engagement interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting our employees with the corporate direction and core values.
- Drive new programs that employees care about such as wellness, welfare, volunteering
- Support onboarding programs of new hires.
- Drive continuous employee feedback through employee engagement/pulse surveys to gain insights and address targeted areas.
- Improve the overall employee experience through strong internal communications initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree and above.
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Good track record of driving talent acquisition programs in an in-house environment.
- A confident communicator, and influence people on various levels within the organization
- Possess a self-starter mindset.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
