Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive regional engagement interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting our employees with the company’s mission and vision and core values
- Arrange and manage internal culture events, including the organization activities and support of town halls, employee conferences and webcasts, firm-wide employee engagement events, as well as provide support on cascading such efforts across the APAC region
- Deliver valuable employee opportunities that promote Value for Users and Tech for Good through giving, volunteering (traditional and skills-based) and product development opportunities, enriching the employee experience and amplifying our social impact
- Closely collaborate with internal business partners as well as Global Communications, Marketing and Branding teams in APAC and HQ to identify and generate content promoting our expertise, capabilities, stories and culture
- Monitor and grow adoption, readership/viewership and engagement of internal Knowledge Management channels to reach employees
- Coordinate with HQ, regional HR representatives and business leaders to help develop and implement effective engagement activities and campaigns with the goal of helping to deliver on business objectives, conveying key messages and promoting the firm’s content to our internal audience
- Manage content production, budgets, and timelines
- Other adhoc HR projects

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines
- Comes with 5-8 years of HR Engagement related experiences in fast growing and highly matrixed environments
- Possess skills such as stakeholder management, project management and content creation
- Someone who is able to deal with both strategic and operation elements of the role
- Prior experience doing glocalization with the ability to understand not just local context, HQ context but context across various cultures
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
