**About Coolflow**

Coolflow is a fast-growing commercial air conditioning solutions provider in Singapore, focused on delivering smart, efficient, and grant-eligible cooling systems for restaurants, cafes, retail outlets, and commercial spaces. With our in-house recommendation wizard and deep technical partnerships (including with Daikin), we make it easy for businesses to install the right aircon systems — often with up to 70% of costs covered by the EEG grant.

We're on the lookout for a **Business Development Manager** to accelerate our growth and help us scale.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify and engage with new B2B leads in F&B, retail, and commercial sectors
- Pitch Coolflow’s aircon solutions and our EEG grant advantage to business owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, contractors, and consultants
- Work closely with the operations team to align on installation timelines and scope
- Represent Coolflow at relevant trade shows, events, and networking platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and boost brand visibility
- Track sales pipeline, client feedback, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation, sales materials, and campaigns

**Who You Are**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably B2B or construction-related)

- Familiarity with government grants (like the EEG) is a plus, but not required

Pay: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
