**About this role**:
The Learning and Development Associate provides a pivotal role in our success story at Gartner. In this role you will be a part of the Learning Solutions team in our wider LLOE function, focusing on back-end operational and logístical running of our training programs. This individual will support the skill development of Gartner’s Sales associates.
**What you’ll do**:
- Enable a globally consistent training experience through proactive coordination with staff and stakeholders across multiple functions, geographies, and offices in APAC
- Execute a common global standard pertaining to course scheduling and management, course communication, materials preparation, course follow up and reporting
- Use advanced learning technologies to create a seamless attendee curriculum interface
- Play event management role for L&D programs, classes, and workshops by coordinating with stakeholders (facilitators, attendees, managers catering, facilities, etc.), and managing all logistics and event materials
- Maintain and update Learning Portals housed on Intranet or in cloud-based solutions.
- Analyse global survey feedback, prepare data on key trends, and provide recommendations on enhancements
- Support broader global L&D activities and firm wide initiatives
- Provide LMS support for EMEA and APAC activities
**Who you are**:
- Someone who holds a bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of HR or relevant professional experience
- Superior problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong process/project management skills
- Excellent organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Google Suites skills (i.e., Excel, PPT, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and codify L&D related data
- Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Understanding of learning technologies used across Gartner (Degreed, Cornerstone, Workday etc)
