Singapore ENEOS OIL & ENERGY ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

Develop strategic investment opportunity of new business related to realization of decarbonized and recycling-oriented society in Southeast Asia and surrounding areas by utilizing day to day networking and information collection with Japanese and foreign government agencies as well as private companies (Financial institutions, trading companies, electric power & gas companies, shipping companies, consulting firms etc.)
- Execute and manage a new investment project with internal coordination and collaboration with relevant head office departments in Japan (business divisions, finance/accounting, legal affairs, etc.)
- Support appropriate business operations of the company as the ENEOS Group's main overseas group company, and initiatives to improve the efficiency of business operations.
- Assist the Managing Director's mission from the perspective of Business Development, and at the same time, coordinate with other Deputy Managing Directors and department heads to ensure that the Managing Director's intentions are disseminated throughout the company.
- Contribute to the identification and development of future management personnel and high-level professionals by paying attention to the human resources in the company.
- Liaise with Headquarters (ENEOS Corporation in Japan)
- Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director as and when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master in Business Administration degree or equivalent is required
- At least 25 years of relevant experience in oil trading / oil and gas industries
- At least 5 years work experience in all of business development, business strategic planning and government relations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.
- Ability to speak and write in fluent Japanese language is required to communicate and negotiate with Japanese speaking associates and clients and to report to headquarter managements and employees in Japan who cannot speak and write in English well.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind
- Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill
- An effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking
