**Position Summary:
He/she will need to follow standard work procedures, handing escalated customer issues, coordinating the development of the service team technical capability to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention to assure company business goals are achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Business Unit’s compression system product which includes Centrifugal Compressor, Rotary Compressor, Dryer, Blower etc.
- Provide technical support for Field service team for the region in solving field issues, including machine commissioning.
- Collect data and information from Field and raising product issue tickets in RMS system.
- Attend RMS review meeting to support improvement.
- Administrate the warranty claim for all products - Centrifugal, Rotary, Blower, Vacuum, Dryer etc.
- Conduct training and coaching to the service technician for Centrifugal, Rotary and Air system accessories product.
- Prepare the technical experience/Bulletin document etc. to share with technician.
- Provide parts identification and specification.
- Sustain Career Road Map in Developing Tech/Engineer Technical skill for Direct and Business partner
- Uphold and maintain IR Safety policy in the Region
- Prepare the training material and conduct technical training and coaching.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 5+ years’ of experience in technical work environment with air compressors or rotating equipment.
- Ability to work effectively while acting on own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to travel to support South Asia Region
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with ability to influence others at different levels.
- Self-motivation and ability to make and defend complex decisions.
