**Your New Role**
Are you a seasoned Technical Support Manager looking for a new, fresh challenge? Do you strive in a vast, global environment? Survitec Group has an exciting opportunity In this role you will involve building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, representing their needs in product development, and supporting sales colleagues to deliver bespoke solutions. You will also support the team and provide technical support, training, and guidance to our sales, customer service, and engineering teams to ensure exceptional service delivery at our Senoko office.
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- Utilize deep technical and commercial knowledge to develop customer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring product innovations remain relevant.
- Support sales colleagues in presenting bespoke solutions with deep product insight.
- Provide technical support for customer presentations, trade shows, and events.
- Deliver product knowledge training to colleagues and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Review customer order specifications and ensure accurate costings and offer development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product feedback and support category management decisions.
