**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full cycle of Recruitment process; Conducting background checks, Screening and shortlisting of resumes, scheduling of interview, Selection and Placements.
- Liaise and work with External Recruitment/Government agencies for recruitment needs.
- Attending to career fairs and involving in outdoor recruitment activities.
- Manage the advertising of job vacancies via job search portals, social medias and others.
- Support full HR functions including employees onboarding/ offboarding/ Induction and special projects
- Weekly report for recruitment results and submit to senior management & QC department
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties / projects by superiors from time to time
**Job Requirements**
- Relevant diploma in Human Resource
- Proficient in writing and speaking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Favourable to have past experiences in recruitment
