**Role & Responsibilities**
- Drive **B2B FMCG market expansion**through direct engagement with mamashops, supermarkets, chain stores, and retail outlets.
- Execute **frontline sales activities**including pitching, in-store activation, and channel development.
- Build and nurture a **broad customer network**, ensuring strong and lasting relationships with retail partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting to closing, including payment collection (cash/COD).
- Actively explore new opportunities and support the company’s broader strategy for **regional FMCG growth**.

**Requirements**:
**- Energetic and resilient**personality with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Prior experience in **B2B FMCG sales**(convenience shops, mamashops, supermarkets, hypermarkets) preferred.
- Familiarity with FMCG product categories such as beverages, alcohol, and snacks.
**- Languages**: English required; Mandarin and/or Malay strongly preferred for engaging diverse frontline operators.
- Proven ability to work independently, **take initiative**, and adapt to fast-changing conditions.
- Strong sense of **responsibility in payment handling and cash flow discipline**.
