Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual meetings. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies. Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of interactions and pipeline status Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions from our product/service portfolio Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and campaigns Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide timely follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with clients Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or telesales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual selling tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)What We Offer 5 day work week Working place at Bukit Batok Wcega Tower Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment Collaborative and inclusive company culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
