You will report to the Operations Manager and assist in leading and managing a team of Technical Executives and Engineering staff to ensure that all the facilities and equipment within the property are maintained in good operating conditions at all times. This will require you to plan, implement and verify all preventive maintenance and corrective works of facilities, as well as management of services contracts and ensure that all services contracts are carried out in accordance with contract terms and operating procedures.

In addition, you will be responsible for the A&A work process including calling of tender, tender evaluation, recommendation and supervision of the works to be completed within the stipulated time. You will prepare technical evaluation, liaise with other internal Departments and tenants to ensure that all tenancy works are carried out in accordance with approved tenancy works and compliance to government regulatory requirements.

You will also be required to support Leasing Department and marketing communications team in the management of events and tenants. Other duties include management of energy consumption, proposal of energy saving and sustainability initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the management of commercial and retail properties
- Must be technically competent to evaluate, analyse and troubleshoot engineering problems and be strong in aesthetic details
- Well versed in Mechanical & Electrical systems including but not limited to electrical and aircon chillers/AHUs operations. Building Management System and Energy Management Systems
- Planning and managing the resources to run the day to day building’s operations
- Planning and execution of M&E periodic preventive maintenance, repair and maintenance programmes
- Manage CAPEX, A&A, improvement works including budgeting, procurement, execution and ensuring delivery quality
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Possess relevant trainings and certificates for CERT, Workplace Health & Safety and Senior Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage
