We're looking for a Operations Executive to be the bridge between our business development, account management, and analytics teams — ensuring that operations run smoothly, insights flow efficiently, and performance keeps improving.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative and operational support to commercial teams in business development and account management.
  • Coordinate internal service processes and help resolve cross-functional issues quickly and effectively.
  • Analyze commercial performance data to deliver actionable insights that guide business decisions.
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics such as ad-hoc enquiries and recovery requests.
  • Assist in optimizing transactional and performance reports for greater efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Contribute to data and analytics workstreams, improving reporting and business intelligence tools.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business support, commercial operations, or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • A team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
