**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to the executive team, leveraging your deep understanding of the Fintech and Wealthtech industries.
- Bring valuable insights and industry knowledge to support decision-making processes related to M&A transactions, fundraising efforts, and potential IPOs.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage in the Fintech and Wealthtech sectors.
- Contribute to the evaluation and execution of potential M&A opportunities, including conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring successful integration post-transaction.
- Leverage your network to identify and engage with potential investors, partners, and industry experts to support fundraising initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies in the Fintech and Wealthtech sectors.
- Participate actively in board meetings, providing valuable insights and constructive feedback on key business initiatives, financial performance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with other board members and the executive team to ensure alignment between the company's vision, strategic objectives, and operational execution.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company, representing its interests and values to external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record as a board member or senior executive in the Fintech or Wealthtech sectors.
- Extensive experience in successful M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives, and/or IPO processes.
- Deep understanding of the Fintech and Wealthtech industries, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Strong network and relationships within the Fintech and Wealthtech communities, including investors, industry experts, and potential partners.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to provide valuable guidance and insights at a board level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving value creation and long-term growth.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to influence and inspire others.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to corporate governance best practices.
