We’re looking for a Partnership Manager - APAC in Singapore to work with our solution and technology partners. The role will involve identifying new partnerships as well as developing existing partners to find new opportunities and expand relationships. From enablement through marketing, you will have the ability to be a part of an exciting growth opportunity at Cantier. This role is suitable for someone who is collaborative, curious, resourceful, and focused.

You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of sales plans, partner plans, market research and sales administration and execution to grow the company revenue, predominantly through Partners and System Integrators (SI) and to increase the brand name recognition of Cantier in the responsible region. In conjunction with the senior sales team, you will be responsible for supporting sales goals including new, renewal and services business. Your position will be a sole contributor, quota carrying role.

This role reports to the current Chief Revenue Officer or its delegate.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Discover, evaluate and develop potential partners (System Integrators, Software Resellers and Distributors) with business models and technology stacks that complement Cantier’s offerings
- Establish productive, professional and strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and territories
- Initiate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, sales, marketing and management resources that would contribute to the success of the partner ecosystem
- Engaged in meaningful business and account review to support partners in meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Build momentum and executable next steps in joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Proactive management with Cantier’s channel policies, stringent expectations management of partners to minimize channel conflict
- Ensure partners receive and complete required enablement program
- Ensure partner and Cantier’s continuous business and technology aligns and complies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business-related course or related disciplines. Master degree from a reputable University a plus.
- At least 6 years experience partnership business development function.
- Proven experience in partnership management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a focus on solution and technology partners.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of partner ecosystems, including the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Great presentation skills, and the ability to persuade and overcome objections concisely and effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and expanding partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address partnership challenges and opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented and data-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) and collaboration tools for managing partner relationships and tracking performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Must be organized, diligent and requires mínimal supervision.
