**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the process and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Keeping track of each order’s progress and keeping customers informed regularly by providing relevant updates.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, creating sales contracts, renewals, and updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Enter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- You have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative or equivalent.
- You possess at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge, qualifications and experience in the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing or IT industry would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies to support the evolving needs of the sales team.
