**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Business Development Executive / Account Manager** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service delivery excellence
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in the security industry is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality service
- Familiarity with the Singapore security industry and licensing framework is an advantage
