Role Overview
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations at our flagship outlet. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires operational excellence, team management, and a passion for delivering warm, professional hospitality.
You’ll work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to maintain high service standards, drive team culture, manage P&L performance, and improve workflows to make service smooth and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations
- Ensure smooth service across breakfast, lunch, tea-time and segments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Manage and troubleshoot customer issues with grace and professionalism
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure strong back-of-house-front-of-house coordination
Team Leadership
- Train, coach, and inspire a service team of full-timers and part-timers
- Foster a team culture that’s professional, accountable, and people-first
- Manage rosters and staffing needs across peak and off-peak hours
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Business & Admin
- Manage daily cash handling, inventory counts, and end-of-day reports
- Monitor cost control, wastage, and P&L performance
- Work closely with upper management to execute new menu rollouts or service enhancements
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and manpower regulations
- Contribute actively to SOP creation and continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in F&B (café, restaurant, or QSR settings)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of service operations, customer experience, and workflow optimisation
- Comfortable with digital tools such as POS systems, roster scheduling apps, Google Sheets, etc.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak meal hours
Preferred Qualifications
- WSQ certifications or relevant F&B training
- Familiarity with Singapore’s food hygiene regulations
- Experience in launching or managing a new F&B concept
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
