- familiar with business operations & strategy;

**JOB SCOPE**:
(a) To lead, track and manage sales inquiries & operations

(b) To manage accounts for client projects including but not limited to: Graphic Recording, Hand-Drawn Infographics, and Interactive Web Stories

(c) To manage external vendors, contract staff and freelancers for client projects

(c) To coordinate administrative tasks in Business Development, including: quotation, procurement, client vendor registration, project invoicing, and freelancer management

(d) To co-lead in business development research and strategy

(e) To co-lead in the building and maintenance of sales tools and systems

(g) To co-lead for internal meetings and functions, including but not limited to: Weekly and Monthly reviews

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
**NECESSARY**
- Background education in Business-related fields
- Adequate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly fluent in English

**BONUS ADVANTAGES**
- Creative knowledge - art direction, graphic design, hand-drawn illustration, video editing, animating, etc.
- Demonstrated interest in technology (e.g. analytics, programming, experience with tech startups)
- Min. 2 years of experience working in a start-up environment
- Fluency in another language
- Flexible team player, keen to work with a small, fast, & dynamic team
- Passionate about learning across disciplines, with a strong growth mindset

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
Any degree in relation to Business Management and Operations is good-to-have but not necessary, as long as you have **relevant experience** to share.
