**Responsibilities**
- To lead, track and manage sales inquiries and operations
- To manage accounts for client projects including but not limited to Graphic Recording, Hand-Drawn Infographics, and Interactive Web Stories
- To manage external vendors, contract staff and freelancers for client projects
- To coordinate administrative tasks in Business Development, including but not limited to quotation, procurement, client vendor registration, project invoicing, and freelancer management
- To co-lead in business development research and strategy
- To co-lead in the building and maintenance of sales tools and systems
- To co-lead for internal meetings and functions, including but not limited to Weekly and Monthly reviews
- Other relevant duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (eg. Google Workspace, Dropbox)
- Highly proficient in English
- Flexible team player who is keen to work with a fast and dynamic team
- Passionate about learning across disciplines, with a strong growth mindset
- Demonstrated interest in technology (e.g. analytics, programming, experience with tech startups)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in more than 2 languages will be an advantage
