We have ambitious growth plans and have created these new Client Success Specialist positions to support us on that journey.
**What's the role?**
As a Client Success Specialist you’ll work in partnership with a team of Account Managers to implement customer relationship strategies that drive incremental revenues and customer happiness.
This exciting new role is highly varied and will include:
- Helping existing Insights customers to realize their return on investment through the provision of reporting and data.
- Collaborating with account managers on strategies to attract customers with thought provoking research and market intelligence
- Taking responsibility for understanding, sharing, and influencing client strategy based on customer happiness metrics and feedback
- Researching company intelligence for ‘target growth’ accounts and sectors
- Participate in productive conversations with customers and account managers
- Ensuring that key customer Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work are fully executed in a timely manner
- Maintaining the inventory of customer Account Plans
- Taking a lead role in resolving internal process and cross functional challenges impacting the delivery of an excellent customer experience.
**What are we looking for?**
You’ll have a background in sales with an innate ability to think like a customer. You’ll have great analytical skills and be able to research, collate and utilise data to drive customer engagement.
You’ll be a self-starter, driven, enthusiastic and highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. You’ll demonstrate business acumen and professionalism, balancing customer happiness, profitable growth, and people.
You’ll be great at influencing stakeholders and building relationships, working collaboratively across the business to ensure success.
