**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of processes around customer support and recovery
- Understand and educate users on product features
- Identify product issues and surface problems to the engineering team
- Build relationships with top customers
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations and growth teams to drive customer delight
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 1+ years of experience in a customer success role, or 2+ years working in the service industry
- Experience of being a small business owner preferred
- Experience working at a B2B SaaS company is a plus
- Experience working with Intercom is a plus
- Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
