**Position Description**:
iConnections is seeking an experienced **Client Success Associate** to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will professionally and courteously handle inbound client service requests in compliance with client policies and directives, as well as assist the Sales team with various tasks and projects that will help further enhance our clients’ experience.
This is a 100% remote opportunity for our Singapore team, and may require 10-15% US and international travel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Listening attentively to questions and concerns and responding promptly with a resolution, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintaining a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations.
- Practicing detailed database management relative to service engagements, including making specific written notes and records.
- Performing data entry duties to assist customers with their account management.
- Acting as liaison between the sales team and clients to ensure efficient and helpful service.
- Assisting with various internal projects as needed.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- At least 1 year of prior customer support/service or technical help desk experience, or relevant education degree.
- Exposure to or experience with working in the investment management industry is a strong plus.
- Experience and comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred.
- Experience and comfort with Aircall or similar program preferred.
- Experience and comfort with Zoom or similar program preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills required; must be extremely comfortable with client interaction and exhibit strong customer focus with the highest levels of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Basic comprehension of technology to navigate technical support queries from clients.
- Superior and highly professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills used to problem solve an array of potential issues which may not always be clear on the surface, along with the ability to explain a solution clearly and concisely.
- Self-starter able to meet and exceed expectations with mínimal supervision while working from home.
- Great attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task with a detail-oriented focus.
**Location Requirements**:
- This position is based in Singapore as a part of our remote team. All applicants must have claimed permanent residency and be legally authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
