As a Head Regional Training, Surgical managing the Regional Surgical Team, you will be trusted to work on delivering high quality training to enhance sales force capabilities and performance in the Region. Effective management and coordination of Regional Training Team. This role will be based in APAC region.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Lead and ensure a well thought through and flawless implementation of a training curriculum for sales force (and managers) in all training aspects (On-Boarding, Product, Selling Skills, Business Acumen, Coaching)- Drive consistency in all new product launches training in alignment with Surgical International key priorities and in liaison with Global Surgical training- Define, measure, and track Regional Surgical Training KPIs in a consistent and transparent way- Ensure Training alignment with Surgical international launches strategies and plans- Consistently track and report on evolution of commercial competencies in the Region- Ensure alignment and coordination with CommEx training on tools and processes- Ensure periodical execution of assessments and identify key gaps in high priority competencies (those correlated to sales performance) of commercial teams to maximize commercial performance- Ensure voice of the customer (i.e. sales reps, sales managers) is clearly integrated in improving all processes related with Training- Work closely with key Global, International and Regional stakeholders (e.g. Regional VPs, Franchise Heads, IMG, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Training, etc ) to ensure appropriate training strategy is implemented and executed effectively and consistently across the Region and at country level- Responsible to execute International Training strategy at country level and across the Region. This includes the implementation of standardized training on the following key areas:
- Product, market and competition-
- Commercial Skills (selling skills, business acumen, managerial skills)Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Organizational Behaviour, Statistics, Science, or Health. MBA will be an advantage- 3+ years of consistent high performing experience in Healthcare Sales and Marketing.- 3+ years technical and commercial training experience- 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in managing a Regional Team within the APAC countries- Field Sales Management Experience preferred
