**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and independently handle domestic sales accounts, including major retail groups such as NTUC Group-Fairprice, Finest, Xtra, Cheers, and Unity.
- Plan and coordinate sales and promotional activities to meet sales, profitability, and distribution goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews focusing on product and category growth.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Sales Manager, marketing team, and sales administration team to optimize sales coverage and throughput.
- Frequently visit customer sites and stores to build relationships, support, and ensure the successful execution of sales and promotional events.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock during regular and promotional periods.
- Address and facilitate account receivable issues.
- Participate actively in sales, merchandising, and monthly sales meetings, including other ad-hoc meetings.
- Responsible for budgeting, monthly sales forecasting, and preparing analytical reports for discussion in meetings.
- Regularly gather and analyze sales and customer data to make insightful business proposals.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
