Sales Learning Program Manager

**What **you **will **do**:
APAC is a rapid growth market, with the ambition of double our business revenue, we are hiring a Sales Learning Program M anager to be based in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with commercial executives, sales leaders, HRBP, global learning design team and regional learning team members to set up sales enabler programs for both new and existing sales representatives and sales managers. You will participate in developing the salesforce to be best in class in Solution Selling. You will do this by working collaboratively with colleagues, immersing yourself in this fascinating business, bringing creativity and hard work to every project you do, and being open to learning new skills and technologies every single day.

**How **you **will **do **it**:
- Closely partner with team across the globe to implement sales programs and create innovative learning deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and delivery schedules, as well as track and measure results.
- Certified as internal trainer, to conduct commercial related training, e.g :. SPIN Consultative Selling.
- Monitor and evaluate sessions, programs and blended learning for effectiveness. Make necessary design changes based on business results.
- Design and assist with design and development of new components of programs. New components could include new product training modules, processes and initiatives based on business priorities.
- Design and manage participant resources including SharePoint sites, Learning Hub, participant guides, support documents and reference materials.
- Define and manage qual ity and metrics of all program elements.
- Incorporate new sales and product learning as appropriate that has been developed by the larger team.
- Use strong project management skills in developing outcomes that positively impacts the business.
- Help to analyze business needs and directly link performance outcomes to the business metrics.
- Use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of SMEs and internal customers.
- Knowledge and experience developing solutions for the 70:20:10 model would be a strong asset.

- **Educated **- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Controls or HVAC, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business Administration, or som ething that would complement the position.
- **Experience **- Over 5 years of sales & marketing related experience would be preferred
- **Creative **- Can look at a project and find alternatives.
- **Flexible **- Can change course if needed.
- **Detailed **- Realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes.
- **Mobile **- Must have the ability to travel when needed.

- **Articulate **- Your writing and communication skills must be strong, in both English and Mandarin
