Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in growing student enrollment and promoting the Centre’s programs. This individual will lead the sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation to student onboarding. Success in this role means increasing conversions, fostering positive relationships with prospective students and parents, and hitting ambitious enrollment targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
- Manage and support the sales team, including setting KPIs, tracking performance, and providing coaching.
- Respond to student and parent inquiries with professionalism and clarity, offering program guidance and support.
- Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns, attend education fairs, and conduct school visits or webinars.
- Build relationships with partner schools, agencies, and community organizations to generate leads.
- Analyze sales data to track conversion rates, forecast enrollments, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESL programs, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings.
- Deliver regular reports and updates to senior management on sales progress and pipeline health.
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or language training sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a warm and persuasive approach.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
