In this role, you will orchestrate the day to day operations of our Public Sector sales team.
Key job responsibilities
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Manage day to day support to the Sales Team including customer coordination and scheduling, overseeing and administering team budget, supporting sales related programs, activities and information assets
- Work with Sales Enablement team to drive learning, development and pipeline program initiatives and training for the Singapore Team
- Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with, like various tracking and reporting spreadsheets
- Collaborate between Sales team and cross functional teams such as finance, business desk, solution architects, sales operations, legal, partner, business strategy, marketing, training, professional services, sales enablement and support teams
- Provide administrative support between sales and extended cross functional teams as it relates to
a. Bid support process
b. Sales pipeline and operations reports
c. Marketing events
d. Immersion training scheduling and liaison
e. Operational ticketing issues monitoring
f. Professional services work orders
g. Training services work orders
h. Customer coordination and scheduling
i. Maintain and update PS team internal wiki
j. Customer satisfaction
