With headquarters in Copenhagen and ten sites spanning from Orlando to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment and things are moving fast To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Program Manager
- to join our global Program Management team

Working from our MRO site in Singapore, you will be part of a strong team, who is always striving to be one step ahead of the company growth. As our new Program Manager, you will, amongst other things, manage the overall contracts of wheels and brakes and continued development of assigned customers in APAC region, securing assigned programs are profitable and continuously being monitored and improved as relevant.

**The opportunity**
You will be a key player for our business, gaining expert knowledge of each operational process and procedure for Program Managers and together with your team make sure that we are able to deliver to our customers. Depending on your experience level and competencies you will be able to influence your own area of responsibility. Your primary tasks will include:

- Be the managing point of contact for assigned customers.
- Ensure program profitability incl. internal management reporting/reviews and drive commercial changes as required towards assigned customers.
- Spearhead the development and continuous retention of the assigned customer portfolio.
- Be responsible for deep stakeholder management towards all TP Aerospace departments involved in your program deliverables...
- Spearhead implementations for new Programs, ensuring that all implementation steps are executed internally and externally in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing account finances, including profit margins, billing, and account receivables
- Responsible for managing program changes like phase out/ins or program conversions and ensure updating of relevant sheets on shared drives
- Constantly monitor customers operations, to track if changes are seen in customer patterns, which requires us to change pool sizes, or change contractual or operational terms.
- Obtain feedback from current and potential customers to enhance service.
- Travel to customers in the entire APAC region to perform business reviews maintaining the customer relationships and supporting TP Aerospace service.
- Oversight of Customer Executives, and working in conjunction with Global Programs Management team

**We seek a team member that can identify with the description below**
- You have a relevant education within Business, Logistics, Technical discipline or similar, preferably supplemented by 2+ years of experience from the aviation industry.
- You've got 3+ years of experience from Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management
- As a person, you would describe yourself as independent and a problem solver with great interpersonal skills and a structured approach to your work.
- You have data entry discipline, and you are not new to working in an ERP system.
- You are motivated by following through on and completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient way.
- Able and willing to travel frequently
- You can communicate fluently in English and enjoys working with colleagues worldwide.
- You are a Singaporean
