**About the role**:
Our client is a global leader in their industry. They are seeking a visionary APAC Head of Marketing to lead and transform its marketing strategy across the region.
Based in Singapore, this executive role will drive regional brand leadership and commercial impact across both B2B and B2C channels, with a strong focus on product launch excellence and market expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute the APAC marketing vision, aligning regional strategies with global objectives to drive sustainable growth across diverse markets.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful commercialization and market penetration.
- Oversee the development of integrated brand campaigns (B2B and DTC), leveraging digital, omnichannel, and 360-degree marketing to build brand equity and consumer engagement.
- Partner with regional and in-country teams across Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure cohesive messaging, product positioning, and activation.
- Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders not limiting to KOLs, PR agencies, Influencers, and media to amplify brand visibility and credibility across the region.
- Champion data-driven decision-making through market research, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights to inform strategy and innovation.
- Oversee regional product lifecycle management, marketing operations, and performance metrics to ensure ROI and operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional marketing organization, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience in **pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer health**, with at least 5 to 8 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven success in launching and scaling brands across APAC markets, with deep understanding of regional regulatory, cultural, and consumer dynamics.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, and brand building across B2B and DTC models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.Bachelors or MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
